Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, personal care products (candles, soaps, scrubs, body care) are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thesegarra.com with photos so we can resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@thesegarra.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approved returns must be sent to our UAE return address (shared upon approval).
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
